Yes, Dreaming is Healthy!In such a busy complicated world, there’s everything right about taking a moment to dream, stare into the distance, get lost in our ourselves and thoughts if just for a moment…and while we are awake. Yes, that’s right — dreaming can take place awake. While we identify ‘dreams’ as part of our sleep actions, ‘dreams or dreaming’ can actually be an activity outside of our sleep.  In doing so, this enables us to process emotions, consolidate memories, resolve conflict, and helps us to think and take a mindful moment of a ‘time-out’.  Go ahead and try it- incorporate one little moment of your daily routine for yourself and your health by taking the time to step back and dream.
