Masks are here to stay — at least for a long while. One of our favorite ways to wear a mask (and not lose it) is to wear a mask chain. Have you tried it? We have found two sites that make the chains… and the chains are made by KIDS. Plus, each company donates a portion of their proceeds to charity. How great is this! Take a look. You may want to order one – or more!
A2A Designs was founded by two 12-year olds, Alli and Avery. They started their business during COVID-19 because they wanted people to feel their best while wearing masks. The mask chains are stylish, fashionable and fun. Plus, they make mask pouches to conveniently store your masks. The girls were also looking for a way to give back to their community, and that is why they donate half of their profits to non-profits. So far, they have supported UCLA Health, the Los Angeles Regional Foodbank, and the Hirshberg Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research. email@example.com
@thebackyardbeaders are available through Instagram. A group of young girls and their moms in Port Washington, NY, make custom mask chains. Their functional and fashionable chains are a great way to support a good cause. 50% of the proceeds go to feeding their local neighbors by buying groceries for Lady of Fatima church. Send in your orders with the colors of your choice. They can even add names, initials, family members, teams, inspirational words, schools, company names, charms, etc.
With all the different styles shown here, you may have to buy from each one of these entrepreneurial “beaders”!
