Oh yes, we have intrusive thoughts. Right?

Can we just stop for a few moments, breathe, and then let the thought pass?
This is certainly not the easiest thing to do, but we can at least try to see
if we can calm ourselves down. Remember… breathing is key.
Oh, and take a few sips of water. This helps too.
