What does it take to get a good night’s sleep?

Here are a few things to think about and be mindful of:
-Sleep at least 7 to 9 hours a night
-Keep your bedroom dark, or wear a face mask
-Take a hot shower before bedtime to relax you
-Keep your bedroom cool
Visit Site-Keep a journal by your bed to jot down middle of the night thoughts
-If you awaken during the night, try a relaxation technique to assist you in going back to sleep, ie., begin by relaxing your toes, then your feet, then your legs, and move on up your body, breathing deeply and slowly
