5 Perfect Snacks!
Got a craving for something crisp and flavorful?  These clever combinations deliver satisfying hits that are sweet, savory, or a little bit of both without a whole lotta calories! Now that’s what we are talking about.

1. Veggie tostada with feta and oregano
Spray 1 small tortilla with cooking spray, bake in oven until crispy. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp crumbled feta; bake until warmed through. Sprinkle 2 tbsp chopped red pepper, 1 tbsp chopped kalamata olives, 2 tsp minced shallot, 1 tsp fresh oregano, a slice or two of avocado if you have, and add some sliced cherry tomatoes.

2. Apples with chocolate peanut dip
Core and thickly slice a large Granny Smith apple. Combine 4 tbsp light whipped topping and 1 tbsp light chocolate syrup in a small bowl. Spoon dip onto apple slice; sprinkle with 10 chopped peanuts. 

3. Sweet and spicy snack mix
Combine 2 cups of warm, light microwave kettle corn popcorn and 1/3 cup wheat chex cereal in a medium bowl; coat with cooking spray. Place 1 tsp granulated garlic, ¾ tsp wasabi paste and ¼ tsp ground ginger in bottom of large bowl. Add popcorn mixture; toss to coat. Stir in 2 tbsp chopped wasabi peas.

4. Pear with pecorino and pecans
Core and thickly slice an Asian pear into 6 rounds, evenly divide 2 tbsp shaved pecorino romano, 1 tbsp toasted chopped pecans, 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds- also called arils- and freshly cracked black pepper.

5. Celery stuffed with herbed goat cheese
Combine 4 tbsp room temperature reduced-fat goat cheese, 1 tbsp mixed minced herbs (such as chives, parsley, dill, or basil), 1 tsp low-fat milk. 1 tsp minced garlic, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl; divide among six 2-inch celery pieces. Sprinkle with cracked black pepper.
