Peanut Butter & Jelly Ice Cream
In honor of National Ice Cream Day on Sunday July 16th- here’s a treat sure to please
not only the kids, but the adults as well! This ice cream recipe is made with non-dairy milk. And if someone is allergic to peanuts, no problem, substitute with a different nut butter.

Ingredients:
-4 frozen bananas, cut into 4 pieces
-1/2 cup of unsweetened non-dairy milk of choice
-1 cup fresh strawberries
-2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
1. Add the frozen bananas and non-dairy milk to a food processor. Set the processor on low, stopping intermittently to scrape the sides of the bowl. Continue to process until smooth.
2. Add the peanut butter (or nut butter of choice), strawberries, and vanilla. Process until smooth and the ingredients are incorporated.
3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and place the container in the freezer for 6 hours or overnight before serving.
